The Barratt, a 280-unit building, part of the first phase of the community created by the Bozzuto Group, has been carefully designed by RD Jones to bring resident amenities to the fore. The 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces include a swimming pool, outdoor grills, co-working spaces, a wine room, a game room, a library, a bar and a fitness center. The inspired interior continues with the specification of over 500 square feet of Armourcoat polished plaster with a custom stencil design.

Armourcoat polished plaster is a natural mineral material composed of hydrated lime and crushed marble to create surfaces with the look and feel of natural stone. It is trowel applied by specialist installers to create smooth or textured finishes which can be custom finished in a wide range of colors and effects. Stencil designs can be incorporated to stunning effect with contrasting finishes emphasizing the design intent.
