The hotel’s magnificent open lobby creates a welcoming meeting space, with over 4,500 square feet of hand-applied polished plaster by Senza Finé.

Guests can relax in cozy seating areas, sample whiskey in the lobby bar and enjoy southern-inspired cuisine in the Porch Kitchen & Bar located within the hotel. With design by HVS and Nehmer, the diner’s name is derived from the iconic American porch and its cultural importance as a place to connect the community. Calming and sophisticated grey Armourcoat polished plaster has been used to great effect at the branded entrance to the restaurant and throughout the hotel lobby including double height columns.

Polished plaster is a natural mineral material composed of hydrated lime and crushed marble to create surfaces with the look and feel of natural stone. It is trowel applied by specialist installers to create smooth or textured wall finishes which can be custom finished in a wide range of colors and effects.
