With sustainability at the heart of the apartment community, Armourcoat’s Perlata architectural coating and polished plaster surface finishes were specified by Hartman Design for the luxurious lobby space including imposing columns. Perlata is a rich yet elegant finish with a subtle shimmer and directional movement that adds depth to any wall surface. Available in 96 colors, Perlata also boasts an impressive list of technical features including excellent durability, scrub and stain resistance.

To complement the columns, polished plaster has been used to create feature panels in a striking blue Spatulata.  Armourcoat polished plaster is a natural mineral material composed of hydrated lime and crushed marble to create surfaces with the look and feel of natural stone. It is trowel applied by specialist installers to create smooth or textured wall finishes which can be custom finished in a wide range of colors and effects.
