One Bethesda Center

One Bethesda Center, a Class ‘A’ 12-story office building at 4800 Hampden Lane, MD has undergone a $10 million renovation. Updates to the building include a new fitness center, a new conference center and a remodeled lobby featuring polished plaster wall finishes by Senza Finé.

As part of the interior design by Fox Architects, over 1,500 square feet of Armourcoat Spatulata polished plaster was hand-applied by Manassas-based Senza Finé. Spatulata is a highly luxurious finish with remarkable depth and sheen. A superfine marble stucco paste developed from traditional materials, Spatulata is trowel applied in numerous fine layers by skilled applicators. The resulting highly polished decorative surface adds a touch of luxury to interior spaces.
