Resort-inspired features include a massive sports bar and game room with billiards, poker table, shuffleboard, air hockey and video games. Specialist installers at Senza Finé hand-applied close to 900 square feet of Armourcoat polished plaster finishes in the game room and leasing office.

A black Spatulata plaster finish with a cross-hatched design provides a dramatic backdrop for colorful artwork and designer furnishing. In addition, an ArmourGlass finish specified in a light gray color creates a seamless high gloss ‘lacquer’ effect. Both highly reflective surfaces offer a touch of luxury to interior spaces.
